5-7 Characters with specific personalities and roles. These characters will also serve as greeters, ushers, scanners, and fillers in the show.

The Questions We Had

Sunday, January 26, 2025 & Monday, January 27, 2025 at 6:30PM.  It is not necessary to attend both days, however, you are welcome to.

At Fremont Community Theatre located at 1551 Dickinson Street  Fremont, OH 43420

We are looking to cast 10-12 individuals.  Some are speaking acting roles and some are just action roles and swings.

The Audition process will consist of :

  • cold reading of sides,
  • prepared monologue (if you choose to) delivered in the style of the character you are auditioning for,
  • Brief Q&A
  • Improvisation technique & game

Callbacks will be held on January 28 or 29 if needed.  Callbacks will be by invitation only.

If callbacks are needed and you are one of the individuals asked to participate.  You will receive an email by noon on the 28th asking you to attend.  The email will include the role you are to read for and the side to prepare. 

All actors who audition will be notified by phone prior to the cast announcement on January 30, 2025.

First rehearsal and read through will be on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 6:00pm in the Fremont Community Theatre.

Tentatively the schedule will be Sunday - Thursday with some dark days during those times based on the cast/crew availability.  There will be some mandatory work days to help with set build and show preparation.  You can see a tentative schedule here
